  • The interface is simple just one bidirectional data protool,PC friendly and easy to implement even on a low resources micro controller. CcTalk is free to use for slaves and host to and any producer has ccTalk version of their products. If you design a simple low security toy machine the most suited will be one the first four protocols.

CC smart hubs dramatically simplify the integration and management of payment devices. With more than 250 supported payment devices, iSocket Payment Device Manager is the best choice for system integrators.

Machine payments made simple!

Overview

To connect payment devices to an embedded computer, we use a USB Smart Device Hub. This provides all the physical interfaces required, such as CCtalk, MDB and serial.

The devices are controlled by iSocket Payment Device Manager running on the embedded computer. This provides support for all the device protocols such as CCTalk. The customer application runs on the embedded computer and communicates with iSocket using a simple high-level API.

No knowledge of device protocols is required!

iSocket middleware provides a powerful layer for device communication and management, supporting all industry standard payment peripherals. With broad OS support for Windows and Linux variants. e2c's Payment Device Manager (PDM) is built on iSocket and is available in Pro and standard versions.

CC100 smart device hub supports e2c's Cashbus interface. This combines CCTalk and MDB on a single Microfit connector. CC100 is used to provide cash handling (notes and coins) for any type of kiosk or smart vending machine. CC100 is a cut down version of CC200 and is available subject to MOQ's.

CC200 smart device hub provides a full complement of physical device interfaces for connecting payment peripherals. Combining a fully featured e2c CashBus (CCTalk + MDB M+S) interface with dual serial ports, CC200 is suitable for demanding payment applications of cash and cashless payment.

e2c CC300 smart device hub is a fully-features device hub combining 4 serial ports with extensive GPIO. CC300 is intended for applications within payment systems where there is a requirements for multiple IO control, such as gaming AWP's. CC300 includes the main peripheral interfaces of CCtalk and MDB (master only). CCTalk and MDB interfaces are both powered interfaces.
